Turnaround Time (TAT)

The estimated Turnaround Time (TAT) for order delivery is 3–7 business days from the date of successful order confirmation.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Depending on the customer’s delivery location, PIN code serviceability, and courier partner, delivery may take approximately 2–5 additional business days after dispatch.

In certain remote locations or due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or logistical disruptions, delivery may take longer than the estimated TAT.

Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with the customer via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication channels.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is placed. Free shipping may be available on selected products, orders, or promotional offers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code, and contact number. Hotlite will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is significantly delayed, damaged, or tampered with during transit, customers should contact Hotlite Customer Support with their order details and relevant photos or an unboxing video, where applicable.
